Easter Fun!

We had a great Easter and celebrated with August's family at our house for lunch. They each got some bubbles and M&M's from August's parents.

The girls were treated to some Easter surprises by some friends at church. They bought them the purple and pink bunnies. Emily opened hers at church and carried it around all morning!

After nap time they opened their Easter baskets from my parents. The picture of them with their eyes covered is them waiting for me to bring out their baskets. I had asked my mom to make a purse/bag out of some leftover Mickey fabric she had and she had the great idea to make that Audrey's Easter basket. They both loved their baskets and the contents.

Afterward right before the rain came, they enjoyed a quick egg hunt outside. We just beat the rain, in fact it was starting to sprinkle as they did their hunt. It was so windy that the eggs August had put on the swing were actually on the ground by the time the girls got out there.
